Before you register and pay for the online bankruptcy course, please review the following notes carefully:

1. Check the system requirements in the Support Section before paying for the session.
   
   
2. Joint filers must conduct their own individual courses using unique email addresses in order to obtain cerfiticates.
   
   
3. 4. Upon completion, one of our certified counselors will review your material before issuing a certificate. This will include assuring that you completed all of the worksheets and spent an appropriate amount of time on the material. You will be asked to mail or fax us a copy of your driver’s license or other valid photo ID to verify your identity. You will also be contacted by the counselor by email or phone prior to receiving your certificate.
